Now that I've whined and complained enough here are the cute fun things about being prego now: Both of the boys know she's there, they come and put their head on my tummy and listen. Last night Nate told her the story of the three bears. I loved it!! He was very animated! When we're shopping Knowly sits in the front of the cart and always pats my stomach like a drum or a beach ball. It's awesome. I don't know if I wrote this when it happened but I'll write it again just in case. A few months ago I told Nate that we were having a baby and I asked him what the baby's name was and he looked at me dead serious and said, "Baby Mae." So Nate called it, he knows his little sister is coming! Luckily he was right about that and wrong when he said "two babies!" Yikes!
When Daniel and I found out it was a girl I know he was excited but super nervous because he has 3 brothers. He doesn't know little girls. Well, we went to a children's consignment store after the ultrasound to look for some white church shirts for Nate and all I heard from Daniel the whole time was, "oh look at this pretty dress! Oh look at these cute shoes. Oh how cute." I think he's gonna be just fine as a daddy to a little girl. I want a little angel but I think she's going to be daddy's little princess!
Oh yeah and more about Daniel! He is very busy doing clinical work for nursing school. On Thursday this week he had his clinical rotation on the Labor and Delivery floor of the hospital. He got to scrub in for a c-section and watch two other births. He said he really loved it. All three babies born that night were little girls and he kept saying how cute they were. Last week he got to be on the Pediatrics floor and in the NICU and he got to hold a crying baby and feed one. He was very excited because he actually knew what he was doing! :) He's so cute. He's going to be such a good nurse whatever floor he decides to work on!

Hello, my name is Živana, I'm a friend of Daniel form Croatia.
Just wanted to let you know you made me cry (and I too am not the crying type) with this story on how Daniel made comments about little girls clothes...
We have a daughter, she will turn 2 years next month, and she loves her daddy more than anyone else in the world, including mommy. My husband says it's the best feeling ever (I so envy him). :)
