This has been an AWESOME day! I went to both eye doctors today (remember I have one for each eye how special!) for a check up to make sure that my inflammation had gone back down and it had so the doctor for my left eye said, "ok, let's do the laser and make you see better!" So he kinda played what felt like a video game with my eye and said that tomorrow or the next day I should see great results. Then he took me over to the waiting room for the other doctor for the other eye and he said the same thing, "let's try to see if the laser will do anything." So back to the laser and more video games and the same instructions. I got home from the doctors and a couple hours later I noticed that the dilation was going away and I was able to see way better! Everything was clearer and sharper and the colors were so much brighter! So I put my glasses on that two weeks ago didn't do a thing and TADAA!!!! I can see!!! I don't feel like I really need the glasses for normal vision but they are bifocals so they definitely help with the reading. I am doing something right now that I haven't been able to do for a very very long time. Not only am I reading the computer but I'm sitting back in my chair and I can read just fine!!! I haven't been able to do that for years! I am so thrilled!!! I keep looking at things just because they look so much clearer! I think tomorrow will be a very busy day, if I can wait that long!!! I have so many things I've wanted to organize and clean and do!!!!
They will still go in in February to remove the oil from my right eye that's been holding the retina in place but in the mean time I can see! Everything is still a little bendy and wiggly looking through my right eye (try looking through a bottle of baby oil, that's what I see). But I'm thrilled with the progress!! My left eye is about as good as it's gonna get!
Thank you for all of your prayers and well wishes! Heavenly Father has sure been good to me!

P.S.
I forgot to mention in my last post an update on my eyes. My vision has come to a halt as far as improving goes. They've been trying to ween me off of my eye drops and last week when I went back to the doctor we found that my pressure was stable again but the inflammation had gone up so they have to keep an eye on that. They said it's normal considering everything else that's going on in my eyes and we shouldn't worry but because the inflammation is high they can't do the laser treatment yet. I was supposed to have had it done this week but now I go in next week and they will reassess the situation and then schedule a time to do it. After the laser is done the doctor has high hopes that I should be driving very soon after which means I should be seeing really well!!! The doctor gave me a prescription for some glasses and I got a pair but they really don't do any thing. It's been pretty difficult to stay positive lately. I'm trying as hard as I can but I hate all of this waiting game! But it too shall pass! As my dad says, "It never says, 'and it came to stay' in the scriptures!" So we'll just wait some more.
Thanks for all the concern and interest in my situation! Leann thanks for the sympathy with the no makeup! I think I can count on my fingers the number of times I've gone a whole day without makeup, well, before now. It's been over two months!!!! It doesn't look like I'll be wearing it until February :( I couldn't see to put it on well right now if I tried anyways ;)

We're feeling better
It's been two weeks of sick babies. Everyone at my house has been sick except me, thank goodness. Daniel was really sick for about a week and a half. It was so sad. Nate has had a cough since July it seems like. Every time he'd get better he'd catch the sniffles again. But he seems to be doing a little better. Knowly has had a cough since he was born but they weren't worried about it but now it went from RSV and developed into bronchialitis. The doctor gave us a nebulizer and some medicine to do breathing treatments at home and I think it's finally starting to work. He's able to make more productive coughs.
We're getting ready for Christmas! We have a few decorations up and have made some as a family but we're still waiting for the tree. We decided to do a real one this year but then with everyone being sick we haven't been able to get one yet. I love Christmas time though! All the baking, all the singing, and all of the decorations! I love it all! We've decided to stay in Springfield this Christmas. I will miss my family but I'm excited to start our own family traditions.
Daniel is almost done with this semester! Yay!! We'll get to see him a lot over this break! He will still only be working 2 days a week since there are not any shifts to pick up. I'm so excited! He is looking forward to being done with this semester too. He's heard that if you can make it this far the rest is a lot easier.
Well, the baby calls. I hope all of you are doing well. Love you all! :)
